Job summary

FreedUp seeks a PR Specialist with real marketing experience to support a US-based founder. You will own in-house marketing, from social content to ad campaigns, and oversee freelancers or agencies. Initially, you’ll handle client communication and calendar management, then take on broader responsibilities as you grow.

You’ll work remotely from the Philippines, aligning with US Eastern business hours, and build strong relationships with clients while delivering concrete marketing results.

Qualifications

• Background in marketing, communications, PR or advertising (degree a strong plus).
• Hands-on marketing experience with social media, content, and campaigns.
• Minimum 3 years in Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar support roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or above).
• Ability to adapt voice and tone to different clients and founders.
• Experience managing calendars, to-do lists, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm's marketing in-house: LinkedIn, social content, ad and email campaigns.
• Oversee freelancers or agencies; evaluate performance and deliverables.
• Support PR and media outreach: draft pitches and materials, track outreach.
• Manage client communication initially, then handle calls for the founder.
• Clean up, plan, and time-block the founder's calendar; keep Outlook calendar organized.
• Maintain HubSpot and assist in recruiting freelance contractors when needed.
