Job summary

Wedded Wonderland, a premier wedding and luxury events media brand, seeks a highly organised PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator. This fully remote role based in the Philippines collaborates with teams in Australia and partners worldwide to bring the brand to life.

You will orchestrate end-to-end events from concept to post-event reporting, drive PR and media activities, and manage partnerships with wedding, luxury, hospitality and tourism brands, while coordinating with on-site

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering events end-to-end.
• Proven PR and media relations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with international teams and vendors.
• Remote work readiness and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events from concept to post-event reporting.
• Own timelines, budgets, run sheets, and critical paths.
• Coordinate venue, suppliers, styling and guest lists.
• Develop and distribute press releases and media invitations.
• Manage partnerships, sponsorships and brand activations.
• Maintain calendars for events, PR, and partnerships.
