BruntWork is seeking a Community Content & Marketing Specialist to drive our luxury brand's digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, MailChimp, and our member platform. You will craft newsletters, member spotlight content, and multi-channel campaigns with the founder.

Ideal candidates have hands-on MailChimp experience, skills in short-form video editing, and a portfolio. This remote, part-time role offers flexible hours Tue-Sat 1-5 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Portfolio samples showcasing high visual quality and narrative storytelling.
• Experience managing social media accounts and email marketing for a brand or community.
• Ability to engage different audience segments with personalized, polished communication.
• Highly organized with ability to batch-create and pre-schedule content with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with awareness of current social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns that captivate audiences and drive growth.
• Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the proprietary platform.
• Draft and distribute monthly newsletters using MailChimp.
