Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing & Graphic Designer to support marketing activities, enhance online presence, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from home. The role covers social media management, graphic design for digital and print, and marketing coordination across channels.

You will craft engaging content, edit visuals, track performance, and help implement promotional campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and graphic design for marketing.
• Portfolio showing quality, creativity and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for business social media accounts.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Video editing using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Strong written English and ability to write engaging captions and copy.
• Familiar with social media scheduling tools and basic SEO principles.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines across projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with objectives and campaigns.
• Create posts, captions, stories, reels, and other digital content.
• Source, edit photos and videos for social media content.
• Repurpose marketing materials for different platforms.
• Monitor engagement and escalate inquiries when needed.
• Track performance and prepare reports on reach and growth.
• Design high‑quality marketing materials for digital and print use.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels and update collateral.
• Produce short-form video content and promotional clips.
• Coordinate marketing activities and maintain asset libraries.
• Support email campaigns, newsletters, and website content updates.
• Assist with SEO activities and analyze campaign results.
