You will balance 75% digital marketing execution with 25% healthcare business development, leveraging Zoho CRM to track the customer journey and nurture leads into clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or US market.
• Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM: lead scoring, deal pipelines, and views.
• Experience setting up Zoho automations/workflows and analytics dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing strategy and execution (75% of role).
• Manage CRM pipeline and lifecycle in Zoho CRM.
• Oversee content creation, copywriting, and social media assets.
• Develop paid social campaigns targeting US market to reduce CAC.
• Optimize website SEO and monitor organic traffic growth.
• Collaborate on email nurture sequences triggered via CRM.
• Lead recruitment marketing to attract licensed US therapists and clinicians.
• Develop/refine clinical referral partnerships and networks.
