Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline is desirable.
• HubSpot certifications are highly regarded.
• Advanced HubSpot CRM and marketing automation capability is expected.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
• Strong digital marketing, lead generation and conversion expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing team and oversee the delivery of marketing activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business, recruitment and retention objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, calendar, priorities and resources.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and opportunities.
• Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for marketing and lead management.
• Develop automated lead nurturing and prospective student journeys from enquiry to enrolment.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI through analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to maximise impact.
