Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on performance/growth marketing experience.
• Proven ability to plan and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Able to demonstrate campaign performance using real metrics.
• Experience building landing pages with Webflow or similar.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
