• Strong B2B writing skills and ability to produce on-brand content across formats.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience and marketing automation know-how.
• Moderate Canva design proficiency and ability to guide external design teams.
• Proficient AI-assisted content creation while maintaining authentic brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, vendor management, and business operations for the HR services firm.
• Develop and deliver sales enablement content and manage a weekly social calendar.
• Oversee HubSpot marketing operations, paid campaigns, and website content.
• Direct an offshore design team and maintain partner landing pages and ROI-focused assets.
• Support benefits administration, contractor payroll, and pricing strategy updates.
