Job summary

RecruitGo, a leading Employer of Record, seeks a Marketing & AI Executive in a remote-capable role. You will drive digital performance, SEO, and AI-powered internal tooling while coordinating campaigns and lead generation across channels.

You will implement AI-driven reporting, enhance Joomla site performance, and manage Google Ads to maximise ROI. Collaboration with teams will ensure data-driven decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, CS or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, website management and lead generation.
• Proficient in GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager.
• Experience with Joomla CMS and AI tools to improve marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Joomla-based website performance, structure, usability and content implementation.
• Lead SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and traffic across core services.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and align with strategy.
• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across website, paid media, and social channels.
• Develop and maintain a structured marketing database and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Lead AI-driven tooling to automate reporting, documentation and site-based data capture.
• Strategise and implement social media activities, especially LinkedIn, to support lead gen.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into workflows to boost efficiency.
• Deliver data-led reporting with actionable insights and continuous optimisation.
