Job summary

Teoh Capital is seeking a performance marketer to own and optimise paid advertising across multiple channels, with a strong focus on CRO and landing-page optimization.

You will analyse campaign data, translate insights into actionable advertising strategies, create compelling creatives, and work closely with sales to connect activity to pipeline and revenue. This is a fully remote, full-time role inviting experimentation and data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Documented evidence of campaigns you have personally developed, managed, and optimised.
• Demonstrated results across return on ad spend, lead generation, and cost-per-lead reduction.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, attribution, funnel optimisation, and campaign experimentation.
• Experience working with B2B, technology, or SaaS businesses is highly desirable.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and autonomous with a strong commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of advertising campaigns, with hands-on management across multiple paid and directory channels.
• Develop and optimise landing pages with a strong focus on CRO.
• Analyse conversion and deal-creation data and feed insights back into advertising strategy.
• Conceptualise and create compelling advertising creatives, including static images and video.
• Optimise advertising spend and overall campaign performance.
• Identify and test new advertising channels, tools, platforms, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to connect advertising activity with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
