Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or PMO support at a fast-paced company.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent projects to deadline with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and tracking discipline for cross-functional work.
• Excellent written English and professional communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, and trackers across concurrent workstreams.
• Run operating cadence: status updates, risk flags, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors for timely delivery.
• Build repeatable playbooks for launches, center builds, and integrations.
• Translate leadership priorities into tracked workstreams and drive to completion.
• Support new-market launch real estate, vendor, and onboarding workflows.
• Assist in acquisitions integration: EMR migration, HRIS/ATS setup, and compliance.
