Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking a Market Launch & Operations Project Manager to drive expansion into new markets from the Philippines. You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate clinical Operations, Finance, IT, and vendors, and ensure timely market openings.

You will work with AI tooling as a core part of the role, building automations and workflows while reporting to the CEO and Implementation Director. This is a full-time remote position aligned to US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, program coordination, or PMO-support at a fast-paced company.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent projects to deadline with strong organizational discipline.
• Comfort coordinating logistics across many stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, and trackers across multiple workstreams.
• Drive the operational cadence to keep work moving and prevent stalls.
• Support new-market launches and ongoing market operations from hiring to vendor contracts.
