Job summary

BOLD Business in Remote US-based showroom seeks a driven Project Coordinator to drive project execution for a top-tier commercial furniture dealership. You will manage client relationships, coordinate order workflows, and oversee ERP systems to ensure fast-turnaround and accurate orders from pitch to final sign-off.

You will work with sales reps, A&D partners, and installation teams, verifying specifications with CET Designer/AutoCAD, and ensuring compliance with ADA and ergonomics standards

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in commercial furniture project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with dealership ERP systems and order workflows.
• Proficient in CET Designer or AutoCAD for verification.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and manage BOMs, quotes, POs, and change orders using ERP systems.
• Serve as the primary ops contact for clients, sales leads and partners.
• Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and job costing in ERP.
• Review sales packages and floor plans to audit specs and codes.
• Address lead-times, shipping delays, and field changes to sustain client satisfaction.
