Staff Domain is seeking a Management Accountant / Business Analyst to own financial reporting, management accounting, and data analysis across a multi-entity, multi-currency global manufacturing business. The role transforms data into meaningful insights to support reporting, process improvements, and informed decision-making across the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• CA or CPA preferred or qualified.
• Knowledge of standard costing, budgeting and forecasting in manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and their application.
• Ability to read, interpret and improve manufacturing metrics.
• Familiar with BOM, routings, cycle counts, labor hours, work centers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly P&L by business unit and investigate variances.
• Update sales forecasts and maintain sales & margin reports by unit.
• Prepare monthly P&L, variances, journals and accruals.
• Reconcile P&L and balance sheet to GL; handle material/environmental reporting.
• Support transfer pricing and standard cost updates; advise on margins.
• Provide inventory health analysis and support pricing changes.
