MicroSourcing is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and customize D365 solutions aligned with business needs.

You will configure Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service modules, build integrations using APIs, and support deployments while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP/CRM outcomes. The role emphasizes strong problem solving, careful requirement tracing, and hands-on delivery across the project life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement.
• Strong D365 customization, configuration, and development.
• Experience with system integrations and API-based development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and enhance D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
• Develop integrations between D365 and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP/CRM solutions.
