Job summary

Bold Business LLC seeks a driven Project Coordinator to manage complex order workflows and drive project execution for a U.S. furniture dealership. You will coordinate ERP-based BOMs, quotes, POs, and changes, ensuring accurate specs and on-time deliveries.

Working with sales reps, A&D firms, and installation teams, you will verify design packages (CET Designer/AutoCAD) and maintain strong client communications across U.S. time zones, delivering reliable order processing and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in commercial furniture project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with Hedberg, Khameleon, NetSuite, or Project Spec (CAP/2020).
• Proficiency with CET Designer or AutoCAD for drawing verification and order extraction.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and manage BOMs, quotes, purchase orders, and change orders in ERP systems.
• Serve as primary operational contact for clients, sales leads, and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and job costing within ERP for milestone accuracy.
