Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a Mandarin Product Support and Onboarding Specialist to provide customer-facing support for China-based clients. You will guide onboarding, go-live, and ongoing product usage, coordinating with internal Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure issues are addressed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support, product support, or similar customer-facing role.
• Mandarin fluency suitable for native Mainland China conversations, meetings, and onboarding.
• Good English for internal meetings, collaboration, and email correspondence.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to guide customers through onboarding and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for China-based customers regarding product inquiries and operational concerns.
• Guide customers through onboarding and provide support leading up to and during go-live.
• Assist customers in understanding and using the company’s products and services.
• Conduct or support training, product walkthroughs, and onboarding discussions in Mandarin.
• Respond to questions with timely updates and gather information to coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Track concerns and follow up with internal teams to ensure resolutions, communicating outcomes clearly to customers.
• Support adoption by helping users learn product features and workflows.
• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the support and onboarding process.
• Participate in internal meetings and communicate in English.
