Job summary

Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Mandarin Product Support and Onboarding Specialist (CSR) to support China-based clients through onboarding, go-live, and ongoing product usage.

The role involves coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address inquiries and operational concerns, and conducting Mandarin-language training and walkthroughs. The position is work-from-home with standard Manila-time hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00) and observance of Philippine holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in customer support or product support.
• Fluent Mandarin with ability to lead onboarding discussions and training.
• Good English for internal meetings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for China-based customers with product inquiries and operational concerns.
• Guide customers through onboarding and support go-live.
• Assist customers in using products and services effectively.
• Conduct or support Mandarin-language training, product walkthroughs, and onboarding discussions.
• Respond to questions and provide timely updates on reported issues.
• Gather information and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams for escalation.
• Track customer concerns and ensure issues are addressed.
• Communicate resolutions and next steps clearly to customers.
• Support product adoption by helping users with features and workflows.
