Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, or patient support is a plus.
• Reliable home office setup (stable internet, computer, headset).
• Willingness to work night shift (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM PH time).

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone support to patients, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and medication refill coordination.
• Respond to basic inquiries about lab results and services.
• Handle an average of 80 calls per shift while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Document interactions clearly and comply with service and data standards.
• Collaborate with an international support team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
