Job summary

Marshall Reddick Real Estate is seeking a proactive property management support specialist to handle maintenance requests and coordinate vendors for a remote portfolio from the Philippines.

In this full-time contractor role, you will communicate with landlords, manage make-ready approvals, and maintain vendor lists, while collaborating with maintenance managers to ensure timely resolutions and top service for tenants and owners.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Personal laptop/computer with high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.
• Experience using property management software (AppFolio preferred).
• Property management experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience working on a team with daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all tenant maintenance requests.
• Coordinate and dispatch vendors to properties.
• Obtain landlord approvals for make-ready or maintenance work.
• Maintain vendor lists in collaboration with Maintenance Managers.
• Onboard new vendors and set up portal access.
• Prepare move-in/move-out reports.
• Be available for on-call emergency rotation.
