Job summary

Scale Virtually, a Philippines-based remote role, seeks a Facilities Associate VA (Property Operations & Resident Coordination) to act as the operational link between residents, vendors, and property management across a US-based portfolio.

You will manage resident requests, maintenance coordination, vendor scheduling, and property records to keep operations accurate and responsive, with ownership of issues until resolution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Property Management, Facilities Coordination, Resident Services, or Property Operations.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to prioritize competing operational demands with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Monitor and follow up on resident concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate property updates, service interruptions, and notices clearly.
• Prioritize resident communication while managing multiple requests.
• Enter, assign, and monitor maintenance requests from submission through completion.
• Coordinate daily with maintenance teams, vendors, and property managers.
