Job summary

Regalis Capital in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks an M&A Associate to support deal processing for U.S.-based clients. This fully remote role offers growth as we scale, with flexibility to work from anywhere.

You will assist in sourcing deals, NDA management, CIM collection, and broker communications, while demonstrating strong analytical thinking and clear, proactive communication throughout the deal process.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing deals and financials; strong analytical thinking.
• Exposure to financial analysis and eagerness to learn more.
• Clear written and verbal communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing & Inquiry – identify potential deal listings aligned with criteria.
• NDA Management – obtain and manage NDAs to access confidential information.
• Partner Email Management – organize and label emails and flag follow-ups.
• Document Management (CIM & Financials) – collect CIM and financials after NDA is executed.
• Broker Communication & Relationship Management – maintain professional communication with brokers.
• Scheduling Broker Intro Calls – arrange introductory calls between brokers and team.
