Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Investment Associate in Makati to source and evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial and market analysis, and support deal execution.

You will prepare investment materials, engage with founders and executives, and contribute to investor reporting. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to lead due diligence and portfolio transitions.

Qualifications

• Finance-related degree with business focus.
• 4+ years in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent research, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Capital IQ and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess new investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, and intermediaries.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and industry research.
• Lead due diligence and coordinate with advisors.
• Prepare investment memos and support deal structuring/negotiation.
• Assist in post-investment planning and investor reporting.
