Job summary

TAG Consultancy in the Philippines is hiring a Company Management Senior Associate for a remote role. You will manage day-to-day administration for a portfolio of client companies and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

The role collaborates with senior colleagues across company management, funds and compliance to deliver high-quality client service, including corporate filings, board documentation, incorporations, and licensing tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate services, company management or fiduciary services
• Knowledge of AML and KYC principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with 4D or Viewpoint is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of client companies; ensure timely filings and statutory documents
• Build relationships with clients via email, phone, and in person where required
• Prepare and maintain corporate records, statutory registers and company files
• Draft and arrange board and shareholder documents including resolutions and minutes
• Coordinate incorporations and changes to directors, secretaries and share capital
• Submit statutory filings to registries and authorities, meeting deadlines
• Assist with licensing and registrations with OFT and ETB
