Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related business course/degree.
• Work experience in BPO/RPO/manpower or service industries preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication & networking skills.

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Grow business and market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing partnerships.
• Create new sales opportunities via research, social media, email, fieldwork, cold-calling, or inbound leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lead quality and adequate opportunities.
• Monitor accounts and oversee end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure and handover to operations.
• Maintain and update CRM with account details, contacts, and sales history; provide regular sales reports.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships through meetings, CSAT surveys, and timely responses.
• Ensure client requests are implemented on time across reports, manpower, and system updates.
• Collaborate on programs to improve sales and business development initiatives.
• Document and execute strategic plans; manage sales documentation and pipeline.
• Aim to meet quarterly and yearly sales and revenue objectives.
