Job summary

AbroadWorks is hiring an Investor Services Associate to support onboarding, fund transactions, AML/KYC reviews, tax documentation, regulatory reporting, and ongoing investor relations. The ideal candidate has Investor Services or client relations experience and knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Investor Services or client relations is required.
• Working knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change.
• Ability to allocate time effectively and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling investor documentation and regulatory information.

Responsibilities

• Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents in accordance with fund offering documents and applicable tax and AML/KYC requirements.
• Review AML/KYC information during investor onboarding to ensure compliance with fund and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct ongoing investor due diligence and follow up with investors regarding missing, incomplete, or expired information.
• Communicate with investment managers, investors, external parties, and other stakeholders regarding investor services matters and ad hoc requests.
• Review and process closings for Private Equity Funds.
• Obtain valid tax reporting forms from investors where tax services are provided.
• Validate and release investor documents and communications according to investor and fund management instructions.
• Ensure investor distribution information is accurate, current, and compliant with applicable instructions.
• Prepare and review FATCA/CRS reporting and submit required reports to relevant authorities.
• Validate updates to investor information and perform call-backs when required.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from clients.
• Maintain accurate investor records and documentation while following internal policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.
