Job summary

eFlexervices Philippines Incorporated in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to handle data entry and shipping documentation. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and adherence to indexing and document handling standards.

You will manage end-to-end shipments (Air/Sea/Land), apply INCOTERMS, and communicate with carriers, brokers, and clients. Experience with CargoWise and Magaya is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in remote work and effective team communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• At least 2 years of data entry, data research, and document compilation experience.
• Experience with shipping documentation and INCOTERMS beneficial.
• Proficiency in Windows-based desktop software.

Responsibilities

• Review provided documents and accurately index critical information.
• Follow indexing standards and report issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain a target of processing at least 35 documents per hour.
• Interpret handwritten documents, including cursive, for proper classification.
• Conduct precise analysis of documents for correct indexing and data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Identify discrepancies in indexed documents and report them.
