Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in transportation logistics with emphasis on linehaul operations a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong forecasting and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Experience with logistics software and real-time tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage truck deployment, route dispatching, and monitoring.
• Oversee truck schedules, callouts, and execution.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and stakeholders for routes.
• Monitor truck locations and adherence to scheduled routes.
• Run optimized route schedules considering distance and time.
• Develop productivity models and simulations for improvement.
• Generate reports and drive performance improvements.
• Support cost-efficient projects for SPX.
• Conduct weekly and monthly attendance reviews.
• Perform duties assigned by the reporting manager.
