Job summary

eFlexervices, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to manage container movements, drayage coordination, and client communications. The role emphasizes accuracy in tracking, timely updates, and collaboration with dispatchers and trucking partners.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or logistics, excellent English communication, and willingness to work US Pacific overnight hours from the Philippines. A stable home office setup is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or logistics experience.
• Professional, polished English written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work graveyard/night shift aligning to PST hours.
• Stable, high-speed internet with a dedicated workspace.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and port portals such as PierPass/eModal.

Responsibilities

• Container Tracking: Monitor ocean container movements and port terminal statuses.
• Drayage Coordination: Coordinate empty returns, chassis usage, and delivery appointments.
• Client Updates: Proactively notify clients regarding container status, holds, or delays.
• Dispute & Exception Handling: Resolve gate issues, wait times, or billing questions with internal staff.
• Documentation Support: Process IRs, BOL details, and delivery orders in the system.
