eFlexervices is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to monitor ocean container movements and manage drayage operations for US-bound shipments. The role emphasizes accurate client communication and timely status updates, including handling exceptions and coordinating with dispatchers, drivers, and consignees.

The position requires 2+ years in logistics or customer service, strong English proficiency, and a willingness to work graveyard hours aligned to PST.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or logistics, preferably US container drayage.
• Professional English written and verbal communication with US clients.
• Willing to work graveyard/night shift aligned to PST.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.
• Familiar with transportation management systems (TMS) and port portals.

Responsibilities

• Container Tracking: Monitor ocean container movements and port statuses.
• Drayage Coordination: Coordinate empty returns, chassis usage, and delivery appointments.
• Client Updates: Notify clients about container status, holds, or delays.
• Dispute & Exception Handling: Troubleshoot gate issues and billing questions with California staff.
• Documentation Support: Process IRs, BOL details, and delivery orders in the system.
