Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring a Loan Processor & Credit Analyst to safeguard lending quality through accurate analysis, processing, and regulatory compliance. The role offers permanent WFH, day shift (NSW Time), and exposure to international financial services excellence.

You will handle loan applications from submission to settlement, perform credit analysis, ensure documentation accuracy, and coordinate with borrowers, brokers, and lenders while supporting process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in loan processing, credit analysis, mortgage lending, or similar financial services role.
• Strong knowledge of lending principles, credit evaluation, financial statement analysis, and loan documentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple loan applications and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Australian lending regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications from submission through settlement.
• Review and verify borrower documentation including income, employment, assets, liabilities, and identification.
• Identify missing documentation and obtain it from borrowers, brokers, and lenders.
• Prepare complete loan files for underwriting with accurate documentation.
• Analyze credit reports and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
• Calculate DTI ratios and loan affordability.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain loan records in LOS and CRM.
• Perform quality checks on loan documentation.
• Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, lenders, underwriters, and internal teams.
• Monitor loan progress and follow up on outstanding conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service during the loan process.
• Support process improvements and reporting on loan pipeline.
