Job summary

D2B, an Australian mortgage broking business, is looking for an experienced Loan Processor in the Philippines to support mortgage brokers across the loan application process. You will handle file management, data entry, document review, and servicing while ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple files.

The role requires at least 2 years' MYCRM experience in an Australian lending environment, strong English communication, and the ability to work remotely with AU hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on MYCRM experience within an Australian mortgage broker environment.
• Strong understanding of Australian residential lending processes.
• Experience completing Fact Find entry and client file preparation.
• Experience reviewing financial documentation and lending scenarios.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active loan files and work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• MYCRM & File Management: maintain client loan files, data entry, notes and documents.
• Fact Find Entry: capture income, employment, assets and liabilities accurately.
• Documentation Review: verify payslips, bank statements, IDs and tax docs.
• Servicing: perform preliminary servicing and borrowing capacity calculations.
• Pricing: prepare loan pricing requests and track outcomes.
• Property Valuations: order and track valuation progress.
• Credit Reports: order and review credit reports and escalate issues.
