Job summary

Elephant Teams in the Philippines is expanding its finance team and seeks an experienced loan and credit analyst. You will manage end-to-end loan applications from lodgement to settlement, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will assess creditworthiness, review financial documents, and apply Australian lending policies. Proficiency with Infynity, Apply Online, and CRM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in broking support or credit analysis and handling end-to-end loan applications.
• Experience servicing Australian clients is required.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools to manage workflows.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end loan processing from lodgement to settlement and document management.
• Pipeline and workflow management across multiple loan pipelines.
• Credit analysis and compliance with lender policies and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder communication with mortgage brokers, clients, and lenders.
