Job summary

LAdmins is seeking an experienced LMS Manager to own and optimize our LearnUpon environment. This remote Philippines role focuses on administration, instructional design, and analytics to support onboarding, compliance, and professional development across a dispersed workforce.

You will collaborate with a US-based team, design learning paths, build multilingual content, and develop dashboards to provide visibility into training completion and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in enterprise LMS administration or related fields.
• Experience administering enterprise LMS with role-based learning paths and curricula.
• Hands-on experience creating online courses and digital content; SCORM knowledge.
• Strong reporting, dashboards and analytics experience; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience collaborating with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders; solid PM skills.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration & Optimization: primary admin for LearnUpon; manage users, trainings, and governance.
• Instructional Design & Content Development: build engaging digital learning using LearnUpon Create+ and other tools.
• Learning Paths & Curriculum Management: design role-based paths for drivers, technicians, staff, managers, and teams.
• Reporting, Dashboards & Learning Analytics: create reports and scorecards on completions, expirations, and progress.
• Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement: align with leaders to improve LMS and learning tech.
