Job summary

Liveops is seeking a Learning Management Systems Administrator to manage the LMS operations, learner experience, and reporting. This hybrid role blends LMS administration with learning delivery activities across programs and certification initiatives.

The role covers learner accounts, course organization, assignments, completions, and LMS reporting while supporting learning delivery activities and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of LMS administration, learning operations or related role.
• Experience managing learner accounts, courses, curricula, assignments, enrollments, completions and reporting within an LMS.
• Experience supporting training delivery, certification programs, learner communications, scheduling, reporting or virtual learning environments.
• Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia or similar.
• Strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS, including learner accounts, access, courses, curricula, certifications, enrollments, assignments, content and completion records.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality learner experience and partner with technical teams as needed.
• Generate and analyze LMS reports to monitor progress, certification outcomes and system utilization.
• Translate learning requirements into effective LMS configurations and learner experiences with stakeholders.
• Support certification and learning programs through communications, scheduling, roster management and reporting.
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual learning sessions and monitor participation and results.
• Participate in process improvements and special projects supporting learning-team objectives.
