DBC Philippines seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead the Legal Delivery Team, delivering scalable conveyancing support to buyers and sellers across Australia. You will set objectives, manage KPIs, delegate tasks, and foster a positive, productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will guide staff on state legislation, QA, and risk guidelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams in Australia and the Philippines from a work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years as Team Manager in a BPO/Call Center environment with AU/NZ/US/UK clients.
• Must be able to commit without pursuing additional studies or licensure.
• Proficiency in M365, Actionstep and PEXA applications.
• Ability to anticipate needs of team members and clients; proactive in meeting those needs.
• Leadership, coaching, and training skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best possible customer experience through end-to-end File Management service by the team.
• Ensure output meets targets, KPIs, and guidelines (State Legal, QA, Risk).
• Establish operating rhythms: team huddles, 1:1s, meetings, town halls, updates.
• Document and adhere to procedures for consistent task completion; ensure coverage.
• Keep staff informed and trained on relevant legislation, tools, processes, and compliance.
• Monitor team performance against SLAs; audit results; provide escalation reports.
• Oversee contracts and tasks; provide regular feedback to improve quality and accuracy.
