Job summary

BruntWork in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager / Evidence Support Specialist to support our legal case management operations. You will manage evidence files, organize medical records, draft and dispatch demand packages, and liaise with clients in a remote setting.

The role requires experience in legal case management or paralegal work, familiarity with medical records workflows, and proficiency with Filevine or similar software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in legal case management, personal injury workflows, or paralegal/legal assistant roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for drafting documents and client updates.
• High attention to detail and excellent data-entry and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage digital evidence folders, review medical records, and track property damage documents.
• Draft and transmit legal demand letters and document incoming offers and responses.
• Process No-Fault denials and track related insurance correspondence.
• Maintain regular client contact on a 90-day cadence to obtain updates on work status, medical treatments, and expenses.
• Ensure Filevine fields and records are complete and accurate.
