Avrek Law Firm is seeking a Case Manager in Personal Injury to support injured clients across U.S. states from a remote Philippines-based team.

You will manage an assigned caseload, maintain client communication, and organize medical records within Litify, ensuring accuracy and timely progress. The role requires strong English communication, empathy, and organizational skills, with a schedule aligned to US Pacific Time (nights in the Philippines).

Qualifications

• Advanced spoken English proficiency required (CEFR C1 or equivalent).
• Clear, professional written English for case notes and client correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for an assigned caseload of injured clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and document updates.
• Request, track, and review medical records and billing from providers.
• Build a treatment chronology and monitor progress to maximum medical improvement.
• Identify missing records and resolve documentation issues.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and lien holders as directed.
• Document all client communications in Litify and escalate matters to the handling attorney.
