Job summary

Avrek Law Firm is a plaintiff-side personal injury practice expanding its Case Management team. This remote position is Philippines-based, supporting clients across U.S.

states by ensuring timely, accurate case handling during a stressful period. You will manage an assigned caseload, maintain client communications, organize medical records, and document progress in Litify, reporting to the Case Manager Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Advanced spoken English proficiency (CEFR C1, IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
• Strong listening comprehension of American English, even in fast-paced conversations.
• Clear, professional written English for case notes and client correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for an assigned caseload of injured clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain regular client communication to keep them informed and supported.
• Request, track, organize, and review medical records and itemized billing.
• Build and maintain a treatment chronology for each case.
• Monitor treatment progress and identify culmination or max medical improvement.
• Identify missing records, gaps, liens, and resolve documentation issues.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and lien holders as directed.
• Document all client communications and case activity in Litify.
• Escalate legal questions and settlement discussions to the handling attorney.
