Somewhere is hiring a remote Offsite Leasing Assistant to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced sales environment. You will manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to lease execution and serve as the primary contact for residents.

This role requires 2+ years of residential property management leasing experience, proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/AppFolio/RealPage, and strong English communication. Schedule is Tue-Sat, Pacific Time, 40 hours/week, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management leasing experience.
• Proven record of converting leads to leases.
• Proficiency in software such as Entrata, Yardi, AppFolio, or RealPage.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; skilled in phone-based rapport building.

Responsibilities

• Lead management: respond to inquiries within 24 hours, manage pipelines, coordinate tours, and convert leads to leases.
• Resident services: handle inquiries, requests, and escalated maintenance concerns with excellent customer service.
• Marketing: maintain and refresh online listings and manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Reporting: maintain accurate leasing data, generate reports, and participate in team updates.
• Manage full leasing cycle from inquiry to lease execution.
