Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Specialist, Learning Systems to manage and maintain all learning systems across the fleet and shoreside. This role serves as the LMS administrator and primary support for Carnival’s learning platforms.

Responsibilities include learner support, QA, user provisioning, course deployments, data integration with HRIS, and governance. The role requires 3+ years implementing learning technologies and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 suite including Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong planning and teamwork.
• Proactive, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years implementing and managing learning technologies; learner support experience.

Responsibilities

• LMS management, system maintenance, and learner support with SLAs.
• Quality assurance for LMS environments and integrations.
• User provisioning, access management, and password handling.
• Plan and coordinate course deployments and system updates.
• Maintain course assets and ensure data integration between HRIS and LMS.
• Document processes and support governance requirements.
