Job summary

OutsourcedIn collaborates with a NSW-based residential design and construction company to recruit a Lead Qualifier Customer Service professional. The role is 100% remote, supporting Australian clients and managing inbound/outbound inquiries to qualify leads for the NSW project pipeline.

You will document detailed lead information in the CRM, coordinate with sales/design/estimation teams, and ensure high-quality communication that meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written) with a professional phone manner.
• Experience in customer service, tele-sales, or lead qualification.
• Experience supporting Australian residential or construction businesses.
• Familiarity with NSW building and planning requirements.
• Remote work capability and independent task management.
• Proficient with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client enquiries related to residential design and small projects.
• Qualify leads by assessing interest, budget, site details, and readiness to proceed.
• Provide information on NSW pre-construction process (lot size, zoning, setbacks).
• Maintain lead data and CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal sales, design, and estimating teams for handover of qualified leads.
• Deliver professional communication aligned with company standards.
• Share client feedback and process insights with the team.
