Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in research, lead generation, appointment setting, sales support, recruiting coordination, talent sourcing, or a similar role.
• Experience speaking with US-based clients, prospects, or candidates and working during US business hours.
• Ability to research companies and decision-makers and build targeted lead lists.
• Experience using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, a CRM, or similar tools.
• Strong written and spoken English with outbound outreach and follow-up.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Must be available to work US Central Time and have reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Research US-based companies, hiring activity, market trends, and potential buyers of executive search services.
• Identify decision-makers across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations.
• Build, verify, and enrich prospect lists with accurate contact details.
• Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, and other tools to uncover new leads.
• Maintain clean CRM data and track activity and pipeline movement.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Personalize outreach and manage follow-up cadences.
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Account Executive.
• Provide regular updates on lead-generation activity.
• Draft candidate communications and coordinate calls/interviews with US-based candidates and clients.
• Format and edit resumes, job descriptions, presentations, and other documents.
• Monitor shared inboxes and document SOPs; assist with ad hoc projects.
