• Work with L&D to catalyze improvement regarding employee personal and professional competency development, and its execution.
• Conduct training effectiveness audits and track post-training results.
• Analyze classroom feedback to improve facilitation techniques.
• Conduct training needs analysis and research new training initiatives.
• Design and develop instructional materials to support training objectives.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend actionable improvement plans.
• Revise and update existing training content as needed.
