Acquire Intelligence is seeking an experienced BPO Learning & Development Trainer in the Metro Manila area. You will facilitate employee-development classes, improve curricula and instructional materials, and analyze skill gaps to measure training impact.

The role focuses on ensuring high-quality training programs, continuous improvement of content, and effective measurement of outcomes to support business performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience facilitating structured employee, corporate, or BPO training.
• Ability to review or develop curricula and instructional materials.
• Understanding of training needs analysis, learner feedback, and training-effectiveness measurement.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical mindset and comfort turning performance or feedback data into learning improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classes that build employee competencies across the organization.
• Review course curricula and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Design and develop instructional materials that support training objectives.
• Revise and update existing training content as business and learner needs change.
