Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and English required.
• Video introduction submission required.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment with multiple contacts.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers via calls, emails, and live chats.
• Address inquiries about accounts and memberships.
• Focus on retaining customers wishing to cancel.
• Respond to order inquiries promptly.
• Document interactions in project systems.
