Qualifications

• 2+ years in SMSF account processing and tax return preparation.
• Strong working knowledge of Class Super required.
• Experience with BGL Simple Fund 360 is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; XPM and CAS advantageous.
• Exposure to SMSF property investments and LRBA or willingness to learn.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SMSF accounts, financial statements, tax returns, and supporting workpapers accurately and within deadlines.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, contributions, investment, and income using Class Super.
• Maintain review-ready documentation for audits and compliance.
• Apply Class Super knowledge in SMSF accounting.
• Assist with SMSF property investments and LRBA under senior guidance.
• Escalate technical queries and address review feedback to meet deadlines.
• Support audit preparation with organized documentation.
• Manage workload to meet deadlines with quality.
