You will manage real estate listings, buyer profiles, and contact databases across PropertyTree and Vault CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in coordination with the Melbourne team.

The role requires 2+ years of CRM/data-entry experience, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail. A reliable home-office setup and high-speed internet are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with PropertyTree and Vault CRM in real estate.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• High accuracy data entry and database maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage property listing records across PropertyTree and Vault CRM.
• Upload features, images, descriptions, and pricing accurately.
• Maintain buyer and contact data in Vault CRM daily.
• Log tenancy and lease data in PropertyTree and ensure data integrity.
• Extract standard reports on activity and listing performance as requested.
