Emapta is seeking a Junior Data Entry Officer to support Australian clinical research through accurate EDC data entry and compliant documentation. The role offers a permanent work-from-home setup, day shift, and weekends off, with a competitive salary package and extensive training through Emapta Academy.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in data entry or healthcare administration, a health or medical degree, and a passion for clinical research.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant data entry, healthcare administration, clinical research support, or related data-centric role
• Current enrollment in or completion of post-secondary education in Medical Administration or a health/science undergraduate degree
• Demonstrated interest in clinical research
• GCP certification, or willingness to obtain certification on the job
• Basic knowledge of Essential Documents, ALCOA principles, and GCP/ICH guidelines, preferred
• Understanding of medical terminology

Responsibilities

• Review participant visit source documents daily to identify data ready for EDC entry
• Transcribe clinical data from source records into the sponsor-provided EDC database according to study guidelines
• Navigate and operate the EDC platform across concurrent studies with different protocols
• Maintain a daily task list and data entry log to track pending, in-progress, and completed data across studies
