Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in promotional products, branded merchandise, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend products based on client requests within brand guidelines and budgets.
• Develop product presentations for custom projects and campaigns.
• Support campaigns and seasonal initiatives with new merchandise ideas.
• Create compelling presentations to communicate value and relevance of products.
• Refresh merchandise programs and propose new items based on trends.
• Ensure stock availability and accurate pricing before client presentations.
• Identify suppliers and manage pricing, availability, and production details.
